At Samad Health, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure a smooth and transparent return & cancellation process for all our customers.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team at the earliest.
We accept returns only in case of:
Damaged product
Wrong product delivered
Missing items in the package
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, Unani & Health products, we do not accept returns for:
Used or opened products
Products returned due to change of mind
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
