Returns & Cancellation

 

At Samad Health, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure a smooth and transparent return & cancellation process for all our customers.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team at the earliest.


Return Policy

  • We accept returns only in case of:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Missing items in the package

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.

  • Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, Unani & Health products, we do not accept returns for:

    • Used or opened products

    • Products returned due to change of mind


Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
